📋 Description
• Answers calls in a professional and timely manner • Document review of prescriptions and case notes • Initiate case creation in CRM • Participate in scheduling process • Document case details in CRM system • Provide program coverage as needed • Educate patients on disease state • Coordinate connection between patients and resources
🎯 Requirements
• Active Nursing License in good standing • Bilingual in English/Spanish required • Minimum of 2+ years of recent nursing experience • Proven success utilizing good communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Experience with Salesforce preferred • Excellent time management skills • Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology • Nurse educator experience preferred
