📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI reports and dashboards • Serve as a Power BI subject‑matter expert, advising on best practices • Develop complex DAX measures and calculations • Optimize report performance and dataset size • Advise on data structures and dimensional models with BI Engineers • Review and validate analytical outputs for accuracy and clarity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization • Experience supporting executive or client‑facing dashboards • Expert-level experience with Power BI • Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with enterprise data warehouses • Demonstrated experience collaborating with BI Engineers or data engineers on data modeling decisions • Intermediate to advanced experience in Tableau strongly preferred • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated data environments strongly preferred
