📋 Description

• Provide therapy services to patients ages 4+ with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, MDD, bipolar disorder, and adjustment disorder • Deliver follow-up therapy sessions (30–60 minutes) based on patient age and acuity • Utilize EMDR techniques as a required modality of care • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, case management, and support services • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Echo Vantage EMR with Elios (AI-supported documentation tools)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience providing therapy as an independently licensed LCSW or LPC • Active Illinois LCSW or LPC license required • EMDR certification required • Availability for 40 hours per week (CST schedule) • Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels and wide age ranges (ages 4+) • Telehealth experience preferred (Echo Vantage experience a plus) • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
