📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders • Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources

🎯 Requirements

• Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required) • Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels • Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)
