📋 Description

• Support internal change management initiatives related to the HR services and functions • Develop engaging, clear, and effective materials • Emphasize the value proposition for the learner with a marketing feel • Attend regular internal practice community meetings • Collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership • Complete client case studies and learning material • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice • Attend internal itD networking events • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience creating and/or editing video content using Camtasia • 3+ years experience in designing and developing eLearning courses using Articulate Rise & Storyline, EasyGenerator or Captivate • 3+ years experience in technical writing • Instructional Asset Creation: Skilled in developing ready-to-run training decks, job aids, quick reference guides, and user documentation • Engaging Video Creation: Adept at creating and/or editing existing video content • eLearning Development Expertise: Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) to create interactive modules, video tutorials, and screen-recorded walkthroughs. • Execution-Focused Collaboration: Able to work independently while partnering with instructional designers
