📋 Description
• Leading efforts to understand what has been built • Identify gaps between what is present and desired • Take over ongoing maintenance and support • Contribute to new build work and documentation • Inform and implement strategies for CI/CD, test automation, and AI-driven software development
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience leading the ongoing development and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in Sales Cloud and CPQ, with expert-level understanding of the SFDC ecosystem, architecture, and best practices. • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage launch roadmaps and all ongoing development work effectively. • Skilled in creating clear documentation and technical artifacts to support scalable development. • Experienced in agile environments, contributing to empowered teams and participating in standard agile ceremonies. • Applies modern development practices, including CI/CD, code review, QA preview/review, and test automation. • Strong collaborator with the ability to align technical development with business objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
