📋 Description
• Co-create Alliance leadership strategy to advise JGI staff • Assist with agenda development for the Alliance gathering • Facilitate a 1-2 hour interactive session with Alliance members • Review Alliance strategic plan materials and assess current state • Participate in planning sessions for the workshop • Develop report detailing recommendations for Alliance leadership and management strategy.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working with nonprofits, community-led organizations, and/or coalitions • Relevant qualifications in the field of environmental studies or community development • Familiarity with strategic planning processes • Must be able to facilitate workshops effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
