📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technology contact for assigned business functions. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. • Evaluate available options within the company's technology ecosystem and recommend the most appropriate approach. • Prepare solution proposals and review them with the CTO for validation, prioritization, or architectural guidance when needed. • Configure, build, test, and deploy solutions within supported enterprise applications. • Collaborate with other Solution Engineers to ensure consistency across business processes and systems. • Partner with the Software Development Team when requirements exceed the capabilities of enterprise platforms and require custom software development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including hands-on configuration, workflows, and automation. • 2+ years of experience in a Solution Engineer, Business Systems, Solution Architect, or similar business-facing technology role. • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to implementing system changes, following established processes and best practices. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are strongly preferred. • Experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, or other enterprise business applications is a plus.
