📋 Description

• Own administration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Learning. • Manage learning assignments, campaigns, engagements, learning paths, events, and learner records. • Lead enterprise compliance training programs, including onboarding, annual, quarterly, and role-based compliance initiatives. • Manage compliance reporting, completion tracking, communications, and escalations. • Develop dashboards and reports to track compliance, onboarding, and learning effectiveness. • Establish and maintain learning operations processes, documentation, and standards. • Partner with HR, Legal, IT, and business leaders to support learning initiatives. • Support learning technology vendors, integrations, and operational issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 7–10 years of experience in Learning Operations, LMS Administration, Learning Technology, or Learning & Development. • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Learning administration experience. • Experience managing enterprise compliance training programs. • Experience building and managing learning paths, campaigns, engagements, and assignments within Workday. • Strong reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis skills. • Experience supporting global or multi-region learning programs. • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
