📋 Description

• Provide Tier 1–2 support for cloud-hosted applications and services. • Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents. • Escalate Tier 3–4 issues to the Cloud Services team with clear documentation. • Assist with scheduled upgrades and patching across platforms. • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and support documentation. • Participate in onboarding and training sessions for new tools and systems. • Support SSL certificate renewals and DNS configurations (Cloudflare). • Assist with Sonis SaaS updates and validation across client environments. • Collaborate with team members on PowerFAIDS upgrades.

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms. • Basic understanding of Microsoft Server administration. • Basic understanding of Networking. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriate • Apply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight
