📋 Description

• Develop construction cost budgets from preliminary, schematic, design documents & construction documents in support of a variety of construction projects for retail restaurants and associated sitework and vendor items. • Compare budget costs to benchmark pricing information, analyze quantities and scope items as well as assist in value engineering • Enhance overall cost controls service delivery by increasing efficiency and improving processes and manage cost changes to prototypes. • Support in developing and maintaining customers historical cost benchmark for various project types • Prioritize requests to meet or exceed the customers’ expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management • Qualified candidate shall have 3 to 5 years of experience in cost management and understanding of CSI trade costs • Experience in Construction Management or Real Estate, preferred • Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals • Working knowledge of architectural & engineering drawings • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed • Highly organized with strong analytical skills • Demonstrated ability to support Business Development initiatives as assigned or requested • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with the customer’s executives, JLL executives. • Ability to successfully communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software (i.e., RS Means, Onscreen Center, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, CostX, Plan swift)
