📋 Description

• Assume all transaction responsibilities for the client with full-time support. • Provide advice on client transactions and attend regular client meetings/calls. • Manage transaction reporting to the client and work to improve internal processes. • Independently manage and execute complex, large, and mid-size transactions with high level of proficiency and knowledge for both admin and retail portfolios. • Deliver measurable value by negotiating favorable economic and flexible lease terms for clients. • Actively monitor progress of assigned transactions and those of direct reports. • Create requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiate letters of intent, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and prepare approval packages for client's senior management. • Monitor and verify commission invoices for accuracy and payment status; maintain and ensure timely updates to the Dealio transaction tracking system.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred • 10-15 years of relevant work experience with at least 5-8 years as a Transaction Manager in commercial real estate • Proven transaction management experience with demonstrated skills in contract review and lease/purchase and sale negotiations • Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives • Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Excellent negotiating, analytical, collaboration, organization/planning, and process management abilities • Strong ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence/data analytics • Outstanding client service skills
