📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and associated equipment • Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems • Execute assigned work orders using CMMS technology with minimal supervision • Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, reporting conditions that impact client operations • Travel to multiple client locations within assigned geographic territory using company vehicle • Plan and prioritize work assignments independently across multiple sites • Identify and recommend energy savings opportunities through system optimization • Maintain professional client relationships and communicate effectively with property management teams • Perform building envelope maintenance, interior/exterior repairs, grounds maintenance, and parking lot systems • Operate and maintain production equipment as it pertains to assigned facilities • Study and maintain proficiency with various building systems, equipment, and emerging technologies • Respond to on-call duties and overtime requirements as business needs dictate

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred • Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems • Universal EPA/CFC certification (required) • Valid state driver's license with clean driving record • Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and applications • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
