📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive contract management system and spreadsheet to track contracts, terms, and expiration dates. • Review, analyze, and negotiate contractual agreements with external vendors. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract terms and budget approval. • Monitor contract renewal dates and ensure delivery of contractual obligations. • Develop internal processes and iterate to ensure optimal efficiency. • Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties involved in contractual agreements. • Provide inputs and updates to budget process as it relates to contractual agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in a related field. • Experience managing 50+ vendor contracts annually. • Budget management experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working within a complex organization. • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
