📋 Description
• Provides leadership over different levels of Underwriters in lower level rating decisions and rating model updates. • Meets with staff on a regular basis to evaluate performance via direct observation and mentoring. • Analyzes claims experience, demographics (age and gender), industry, enrollment, benefit plan options, geographic region, network access and competitor data. • Completes Request for Proposals from consultants and detailed explanations of rate adjustments for renewing and potential clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's Degree- (Required) • Minimum of 8 years-Related work experience (Required) • Skills: Insurance Finance And Actuarial Concepts, Insurance Legal And Regulatory Environment
