• Drive the success of influencer marketing campaigns by providing operational support for influencer management and operations. • Ensure partnerships launch accurately and timely, maintain excellent influencer communications, and support scalable, brand-safe influencer activations. • Identify creators aligned with brand and campaign needs; complete brand safety checks prior to activation. • Manage outreach, follow-ups, and communication for all creator partnerships. • Onboard creators into campaign management tools and ensure tracking is set. • Own reminders, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure timely deliverables and smooth execution. • Send payment information requests and submit payment items in the payment platform. • Send wrap-up communications; consolidate links, performance notes, and learnings.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with influencer partnerships. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong operational discipline: detail orientation, deadline management, and reliable follow-through. • Comfort working in spreadsheets/trackers and maintaining clean reporting inputs. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. • Demonstrated knowledge of social media landscape and trends. • Familiar with FTC guidelines. • Experience supporting influencer marketing campaigns. • Familiarity with influencer operations: vetting, tracking, onboarding workflows, creator payment processes. • Experience in fee negotiations. • Experience with campaign management tools, payment tools (e.g., Lumanu), or similar systems. • 1-2 years in a marketing operations role supporting influencer campaigns (agency, in-house, or talent-side).
