📋 Description

• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to project team members • Act as the face of Landis+Gyr to customers and develop collaborative partnerships • Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide feedback • Manage all contractual obligations, performance, and service levels • Initiate, plan, execute, control, and ensure final customer acceptance of projects • Coordinate team activities and indirect support resources • Personally manage several customer projects • Drive issues to resolution and manage customer expectations • Report financial health of projects; budgeting & forecasting • Ensure all internal stakeholders are apprised of statuses, KPIs, issues, and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in relevant area (engineering or information systems preferred) • PMP Certification preferred (minimum expectation is that candidate will become PMP certified within 6 months) • 5-7 years’ experience in technology or project management field • 3+ years’ experience in leading or participating in projects with multi-disciplined project teams • 3+ years’ experience in Utility information systems, advanced metering infrastructure systems, or related area • Thorough knowledge of PMI methodology and standards • Strong experience with project management tools and utilities
