📋 Description
• Actively participate with Prosecutors and Legal Affairs staff in all phases of the regulatory and/or disciplinary process • Research administrative and case law • Draft legal memoranda • Review proposed legislation and administrative rules • Draft complaints • Draft and respond to motions • Make appearances before administrative law judges at status and formal hearings • Attend settlements negotiations
🎯 Requirements
• Currently attending law school, not a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois • Completion of at least one year of law school on or before 8/30/2026
