📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the Bay Area sales team. • Partner with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and drive sales through technical expertise. • Lead customer discovery and translate needs into UR/MiR solutions. • Deliver demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept experiences. • Build ROI analyses, proposals, and solution recommendations. • Guide customers and partners from design reviews to pilots and scale-up. • Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and hands-on sessions. • Support proof-of-concept and pilot deployments at key customer sites. • Help design systems using UR/MiR hardware, sensors, perception, and AI. • Troubleshoot robotic performance issues during pre- and post-sale engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred for candidates with deeper AI/ML robotics research experience. • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Field Applications, Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Technical Account Management in robotics, automation, or AI. • Ability to partner with sales teams to drive revenue through technical expertise. • Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 for robot application development and integration. • Experience designing or integrating perception, manipulation, or mobile robot systems using sensors and AI inference pipelines. • Proficiency in Python; C++ familiarity is a plus. • Willingness to travel within the Bay Area and occasionally nationally.
