📋 Description

• build innovative, data-driven recruiting services • create classifiers and machine learning models to clean up and categorize raw data • constantly analyse and experiment with prediction quality • find new ways to make sense of data to better support recruiting processes • actively monitor and continuously improve production models • contribute to technological, architectural and infrastructural decisions concerning data • support in planning data projects by providing technical guidance and facilitating smooth releases

🎯 Requirements

• Masters/PhD degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or related field • at least three years’ work experience • practical experience pre-processing unstructured textual data and developing NLP models • practical experience developing recommendation systems or some other specialization • proficiency in Python, including go-to data science libraries within the Python tool stack (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow) • experience querying both SQL and NoSQL databases • strong command of English language, both written and verbal • habit of writing clean, readable, well-organized, and well-tested code (nice to have) • experience with graph databases, the semantic web, and/or other modern ways of structuring data and information (nice to have) • experience with distributed processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and AWS EMR (nice to have) • experience deploying data applications within different environments (nice to have) • experience developing data pipelines (nice to have)
