📋 Description
• Keep the day to day running of the business smooth • Support the whole team • Bookkeeping and inbox management • Preparing client proposals • Looking after our systems • Take ownership of the function and spot what needs doing before being asked
🎯 Requirements
• Solid administrative and operations experience, ideally in a small or remote team • Confidence across everyday business tools: Google Workspace, email and calendar, and project or CRM systems such as Asana and HubSpot, or the ability to learn them quickly • The maturity to work well with a range of personalities and the discretion to handle sensitive matters professionally • A proactive, ownership minded approach: someone who chases, follows up and improves things without being told • Reliability. We are a small team and what you do, or do not do, affects everyone
