📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer goals and recommend customized solutions • Present product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear, compelling, and professional manner • Generate qualified leads and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM systems • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining quality standards • Prepare and deliver personalized proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing and beyond • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM • Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements • Provide exceptional ongoing customer service, including policy reviews, renewals, and customer support • Collaborate with team members and management to develop and refine sales strategies and best practices • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolution • Organize your time effectively to balance prospecting, client meetings, administrative tasks, and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience or demonstrated success in a customer-facing role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships • Problem-solving mindset with resilience in handling objections and challenges • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (Preferred) • Prior experience in a consultative sales environment (Preferred) • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics (Preferred) • Experience with lead generation and pipeline management (Preferred) • Familiarity with negotiation techniques and closing strategies (Preferred) • Certification or training in sales methodologies or customer relationship management (Preferred) • Bilingual capabilities (a plus for our Portland market) (Preferred)
