📋 Description

• Assist in workforce training programs, helping businesses and individuals access employment resources. • Support small business growth by identifying grants, funding opportunities, and economic incentives. • Research workforce trends and help develop strategies to improve employment opportunities. • Organize bi-weekly community marketplace events, recruiting small businesses to showcase products and services. • Assist in fundraising campaigns, ensuring a portion of vendor sales supports workforce and community programs. • Develop workshops and training programs to educate individuals on economic sustainability. • Research and draft grant proposals to secure funding for workforce training and community programs. • Collaborate with government and corporate partners to expand job training initiatives. • Assist in structuring financial assistance programs for workers in employee-owned business models. • Support the development of affordable housing programs, including lease-to-own models. • Manage social media platforms, creating digital content to promote workforce initiatives.

• Interest in Workforce & Economic Development – Passion for employment initiatives, small business support, and community sustainability. • Entrepreneurial & Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to identify funding sources, develop partnerships, and create opportunities. • Collaboration & Teamwork – Comfortable working in a structured, AI-driven team environment. • Tech-Savviness & Adaptability – Willingness to learn AI-powered workforce tools and economic strategies. • Commitment to Professional Growth – A desire to gain experience in economic development, business strategy, and workforce training. • No prior experience required – all training will be provided through the Govuni Workforce Training Program.
