📋 Description

• Define and drive the product design vision for high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and company goals. • Set the standard for design quality through hands-on contributions, including user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and visually compelling mockups. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders. • Inspire and mentor designers, fostering an environment of learning and creative exploration. • Advocate for user-centered design thinking and the role of design in achieving business outcomes. • Communicate compelling narratives that articulate the rationale behind design decisions, inspire stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years leading or mentoring other designers. • Experience designing for web, mobile, or cross-platform ecosystems at scale. • Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for influencing executive stakeholders and rallying teams around a vision. • A growth mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Bonus points for experience working on PaaS or SaaS products.
