• Own the end-to-end member acquisition strategy across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, referral, and emerging growth channels. • Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and other digital acquisition investments. • Optimize the member acquisition funnel through experimentation, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and audience segmentation. • Collaborate with Finance to develop marketing forecasts, investment strategies, and budget allocation models. • Partner closely with Member Access and Operations to align demand generation with appointment availability. • Partner with the Analytics team to ensure marketing data is accurate, reliable, and actionable. • Translate marketing and business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leadership. • Establish performance measurement frameworks, attribution methodologies, dashboards, KPIs, and operating cadences. • Lead marketing technology platforms, analytics capabilities, and agency partnerships to build a scalable, high-performing growth engine. • Identify, evaluate, and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities through continuous experimentation and market analysis. • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to inform acquisition strategy and marketing investment decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets • Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and growth strategy • Experience with marketing attribution, forecasting, reporting, and marketing performance measurement • Demonstrated experience optimizing conversion funnels • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta, SEO, web analytics, and marketing automation technologies • Experience managing marketing technology platforms, agency relationships, and cross-functional initiatives • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment • Ability to use discretion and work independently under general supervision. • Ability to understand and adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct.
