📋 Description

• Spearhead the growth strategy for the Insurance Services division within a designated region • Partner with Division and Practice leadership on the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market and market expansion strategies • Enhance the breadth and depth of services to best serve the market • Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value • Collaborate with practice leadership, Strategic Accounts and Client Success teams • Promote and exemplify a seller/doer culture • Stay attuned to both client needs and internal talent • Research and forecast market trends • Demonstrate strong leadership with a detail-oriented, hands-on, and analytical management approach • Balance near-term revenue performance with long-term strategic growth objectives • Work with business leaders within and across practices to coordinate business development, recruiting, talent planning, project resourcing, and operational practices • Develop coordinated growth plans and marshal existing resources across practices to optimize regional performance

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in first party property insurance experience preferred • 5+ in executive, partner or business leadership role • Expert consulting background preferred • Bachelor's degree in related field, Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred • Proven experience in managing growth in a relevant industry • Credible leader with strong team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and drive collaboration across different business units & service offerings • Track record of success in achieving sales & financial targets and driving revenue growth • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze & leverage sales data, market trends and other relevant information to make informed decisions • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. • Significant business travel required within assigned territories.
