📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes. • Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards. • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-range planning. • Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results. • Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies. • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and financial policies. • Present financial results, insights, and recommendations to functional stakeholders and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A. • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools preferred. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
