âą 5-7+ years of experience in paid media/performance marketing âą 3-5+ years of experience in ads and commercial analytics âą Experience owning the paid media approach and execution for an ecommerce brand âą Experience driving successful lead generation in a B2B environment âą Extensive experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, and YouTube ads
