⢠University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, or an equivalent qualification ⢠At least three years of experience in performance marketing ⢠Independently planned, executed, and optimized campaigns in Google Ads (e.g., Search, Performance Max or Demand Gen), Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads ⢠Solid knowledge of tracking, web analytics, and conversion optimization ⢠Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) ⢠Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach ⢠Self-motivated, independent working style and initiative
