📋 Description
• Manage the projects entrusted to ensure team satisfaction, project profitability, compliance with internal processes, and quality of relationships with customers • Contribute to drafting of technical and financial proposals • Analyze and qualify customer requirements during the pre-sales phase • Identify project risks and needed resources • Manage overall project lifecycle from launch to completion • Ensure financial performance of projects aligns with margin targets • Maintain relationships of trust with customers • Organize, lead, and supervise multi-disciplinary project teams • Define workload plans and monitor performance indicators • Ensure successful delivery of contractual commitments • Ensure compliance with quality procedures across projects • Participate in internal and external quality audits
