📋 Description

• Provide consulting and advisory services tailored to small and midsize businesses. • Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts. • Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and sales tax filings. • Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Facilitate impactful client interactions, including leading Zoom meetings to discuss financial insights, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations. • Develop strategic budgets and forecasts aligned with each client's unique goals. • Contribute proactively to process improvements, both internally and for our clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or an accounting role serving multiple clients. • Demonstrated success managing diverse client portfolios in a dynamic, service-based environment. • Strong financial analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. • A natural ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
