📋 Description

• Deliver instruction in accordance with the Mike Holts Electrical curriculum program • Prepare and present lessons, assignments, and assessments • Evaluate and assess student performance, providing timely feedback • Maintain accurate records of student attendance • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment • Ensure compliance with all state accreditation standards and program requirements • Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and educational methodologies • Collaborate with the Apprenticeship Program Manager to improve program content • Provide academic advising and support to students as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Familiarity with adult learning principles and apprenticeship program structures is a plus • Current electrical master license • Previous teaching or training experience preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to continuous professional development
