• Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities. • Evaluate adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards across healthcare organizations. • Manage multiple client engagements and project deliverables simultaneously. • Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare clients to support successful project execution. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, consultative support. • Prepare and present audit results, risk assessments, and recommendations to clinical, operational, and executive leadership. • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. • Communicate effectively through clear reports, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
• Min Associate or bachelor's degree in a related concentration. • Relevant license or certification (such as Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse). • Min 5 years of clinical experience in the healthcare setting (2-3 years in the acute care setting preferred). • Experience working with electronic medical records (Cerner, EPIC or similar). • Experience with regulatory standards compliance working in a healthcare quality department or risk management and/or performing quality self-audits at the department level. • Familiarity with the fundamentals of clinical practice, including patient placement, patient assessments, treatment, and care planning essentials; scope of practice modalities; infection prevention, patient safety, patient rights, and patient experience. • This position requires up to 50% travel. • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
