📋 Description

• Work alongside senior team members to assess business workflows and identify where AI tools could improve work. • Build and iterate on AI automations and applications based on team feedback. • Participate in coaching sessions with business team members. • Maintain clear documentation for tools and workflows. • Test AI tools before they go to users. • Track and report on business team members' AI skill development. • Research emerging AI tools and platforms applicable to Kong's business. • Follow Kong's AI governance guidelines and collaborate with IT and Security.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional or project-based experience • Practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work • Genuine curiosity about how AI tools work • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Organized and reliable in a fast-moving environment • Experience building with AI APIs and automation platforms is preferred • Any coding or scripting background is preferred • Experience explaining technology to non-technical audiences is preferred • Familiarity with common enterprise tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, or Salesforce is preferred • Knowledge of or interest in Kong Konnect, API management, or AI models connection is a plus.
