📋 Description

• Help define criteria for selecting new tools to onboard into the AI Garage Lab • Support Community Managers in building and maintaining networks of AI champions and users • Assist with planning and execution of enablement sessions, hackathons, and showcases • Support rollout of training programs, including scheduling sessions and preparing materials • Co-lead weekly AI learning sessions including content preparation, demos, and Q&A • Manage AI tool usage data sets including collection, cleaning, and weekly refresh

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in enablement, communications, program coordination, or related roles • Exposure to AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot preferred • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and across cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
