• Manage the end-to-end capital acquisition process for multiple sites, from request intake through approval, procurement, and project closeout • Coordinate with site leaders to identify capital needs, prioritize requests, and align investments with business strategy • Develop, maintain, and standardize capital planning processes, documentation, and approval workflows across locations • Partner with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and return-on-investment analysis • Facilitate cross-site communication to share best practices, lessons learned, and process improvements • Support preparation of business cases, capital authorization requests, and executive presentations • Ability to obtain a US secret security clearance • Travel ~10%
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, operations, or related field and minimum 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience managing capital projects, capital planning, procurement, or multi-site operations • Strong project management, financial analysis, and stakeholder coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed teams • Knowledge of capital budgeting, approval governance, and purchasing processes • Proficiency in ERP systems, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools • Experience in a multi-site manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment • Familiarity with CapEx governance and asset lifecycle management • Strong communication, negotiation, and process improvement capabilities
