📋 Description

• Perform all Data Management functions, including engaging with client data management teams during study start-up activities • Serve as the primary liaison between Clinical Data Management (CDM), sponsors, and other Labcorp departments and business units • Develop and maintain standard data transfer specifications in accordance with client requirements and regulatory standards • Provide ongoing study support and maintenance throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain current knowledge of data management best practices through continuous training and professional development • Document data transfer activities and maintaining study portfolios • Ensure seamless integration and delivery of global data management services across projects and regions • Mentor, coach, and support team members while providing performance feedback related to data management responsibilities • Lead preparation and ensure readiness for client visits, audits, and regulatory inspections • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years or more experience in Data Management or Associate degree with 4 years or more experience in Data Management and/or Leadership experience • Basic understanding of programming and data analysis languages, including SQL, Python, and SAS • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated leadership capabilities • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
