📋 Description

• Responsible for leading logistics operations and services across North and South America • Oversees regional logistics teams and drives the development, optimization, and execution of processes supporting shipments of clinical collection supplies • Manages the performance of transportation partners, monitoring service levels, identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities • Collaborates closely with customers and executive stakeholders to understand business needs and develop innovative logistics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree ideally within Economics/Business field (additional 5 years of Logistics and/or Transportation within the CRO industry experience may be substituted for education) • Five years of proven experience in Logistics and/or Transportation within the CRO industry, or a reputable international transportation company or an international industrial company with track records of managing Logistics team • Five years prior leadership experience • Specialization or certification within the supply chain and logistics field • Five years clinical trial logistic experience
