📋 Description

• Support the execution of analytics initiatives across Technical Operations. • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and performance tracking. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs. • Generate actionable insights and support the creation of presentations and business cases for stakeholders. • Work with business and IT teams to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources. • Participate in cross-functional projects, supporting deliverables, timelines, and coordination across teams. • Assist in the development and standardization of KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, finance for supply chain/manufacturing, or operations-focused roles. • Strong proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint). • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas); working knowledge of SQL or data modeling preferred. • Experience working with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA preferred) and EDW (Data Warehouse or Lake) environments. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a cross-functional environment.
