📋 Description

• Present, demonstrate, and actively promote the full range of current and new products to Dealers within the assigned territory • Ensure consistent, professional, and impactful marketing presence in Dealer Showrooms by actively managing and maintaining grout samples, product displays, point-of-sale materials, brochures, and other marketing resources. • Educate distributor sales representatives on Laticrete products and motivate them to actively promote the brand in their communications with dealers. • Work with RSM and regional sales team to develop a target list of both Dealers and Contractors • Partner with existing distribution to evaluate historical purchases of existing customers and identify areas of growth opportunity. • Submit quarterly report summarizing LATICRETE performance • Assist Technical Services on claim inspections and gathering of necessary information as needed. • Participate in ride along sales calls with pro channel distributor sales reps. • Leverage local TSIS, Concrete Prep, and MVIS sales team to assist as needed with closing key account targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of related work experience in Sales or in the Construction industry. • Ability to do presentations to large groups. • Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a good driving record. • Physical strength to lift and carry 50 pounds. • High level of self-motivation. • Strong organizational skills. • Creative thinking. • Strong written communication skills. • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook). • Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal) highly preferred. • Team cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. • Prior experience working in the tile industry preferred.
