📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for China-based clients, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationship growth • Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including ocean freight, drayage, and warehousing services • Ensure timely and accurate shipment execution, troubleshooting issues and providing proactive updates to clients • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customs, warehouse, carriers) to ensure service excellence • Monitor shipment milestones, KPIs, and service-level agreements (SLAs) • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts • Resolve escalations efficiently while maintaining strong client trust • Maintain detailed records in CRM and internal systems • Provide regular reporting on account performance, volumes, and client feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory • 1+ years of experience in logistics, specifically in ocean freight, drayage, and/or warehousing • Proven experience managing international client accounts, preferably with China-based customers • Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, incoterms, and shipping documentation • Experience working with freight forwarders, NVOCCs, or 3PL providers is highly preferred • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple shipments and accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in CRM systems and logistics software platforms
