• Develop channel-level strategy for the client • Plan, set up, optimize and analyze Google Ads campaigns • Create reporting • Plan and set up LinkedIn campaigns • Monitoring and optimization; nurturing reporting and analyses • Conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics • Create Analytics reports • User funnel and conversion optimization (conceptual — no development) • Analyze user behavior on the website • Conversion optimization of landing pages and the website • Design emails/sequences using Apollo or similar tools • Optimization and analysis • Evolve channels and identify new trends and opportunities • Collaborate with the project manager • Prepare reports, analyses and documentation • Occasional client support: participation in client meetings
• At least 2 years of experience in online marketing • Proficient with digital tools and platforms • Proactive, analytical mindset with solution-oriented thinking • Willingness to learn and quick to grasp new concepts • Open, outgoing and strong communication skills • Reliable and detail-oriented work style • High affinity for IT • German: ideally C1; if you are at B2 we will pay for your course if you want to continue learning; English: business level
