📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets including planning, budgeting, acquiring, deploying, maintaining, and disposing of PC and network hardware and software assets • Ensure that the organization's IT assets are used efficiently and comply with licensing agreements and cybersecurity standards • Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow CMDB • Coordinate vendors and purchasing activities • Manage IT budgets and chargebacks • Ensure software license and cybersecurity compliance • Support audits and optimize asset utilization • Collaborate closely with IT, finance, procurement, and business teams to improve processes and control costs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level IT asset management or a related role • Experience with leading global/enterprise projects (preferred) and network circuit procurement (a plus) • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred • ITIL, Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), Project Management, or similar certifications preferred • Proficient in IT asset management tools and software • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware lifecycles, and software licensing models • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Responsive, decisive, and effective in problem-solving and decision-making • May be required to travel on occasion
