• Provide leadership and execution oversight for operational support services • Manage day-to-day operational support across SEC Data Center, EOC/NOC, and DR teams • Assign tasks, priorities, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of contract requirements • Organize, direct, and coordinate multi-team execution across routine operations and planned changes • Oversee incident detection, triage, escalation, and coordination to restore service with minimal mission impact • Lead operational response for major incidents and outages • Create, implement, and maintain operational standards and procedures for repeatable service delivery • Monitor and report status of project/work plans, dependencies, risks, and deliverable completion • Provide regular operational updates to SEC and program leadership
• Must meet contract requirements • Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust (or higher if required) • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 12 years of related IT operations experience • At least 10 years managing teams providing operational support to Data Centers, EOC/NOC, and DR • Experience organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and execution of operational tasks and deliverables • Operational support management across Data Centers, EOC/NOC, and DR environments • Task assignment, workforce coordination, and deliverable management • Ability to organize, direct, and coordinate planning and execution of assigned work • Development and implementation of operational standards and procedures • Translation of high-level work plans into detailed team assignments • Monitoring and tracking progress of projects and work plans • Experience supporting SEC or other U.S. federal civilian agency enterprise IT operations contracts (preferred) • Experience leading 24x7x365 operations teams across geographically distributed environments (preferred) • Hands-on experience with ITSM and monitoring platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Datadog, or equivalent) (preferred) • Experience leading DR exercises and operational readiness activities across on-premises and cloud-connected environments (preferred) • Strong working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL-aligned service management and continuous service improvement practices (preferred) • ITIL 4 Foundation (or higher) (preferred) • PMP (preferred) • CompTIA Security+ (preferred)
