📋 Description

• Establish and maintain EVM cost-schedule baselines, tools, and reporting. • Conduct variance analysis, develop recovery plans, and manage ETC/EAC forecasting. • Prepare IPMDAR deliverables and maintain system alignment with audit standards. • Coach Control Account Managers (CAMs) and participate in IBRs, PMRs, and DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews. • Recommend new processes and maintain eCAM notebooks for tracking program performance.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's with 10+ years of experience. • Expert knowledge of EVMS, scheduling processes, and customer reporting (IPMR/IPMDAR), and integration of EVMS and risk management. • Experience with WBS, IMS, work authorizations, baseline change control, and root cause analysis. • US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. • Mastery of EVMS tools like OPDEC IPM, SSI, and MS Project. • Past participation in an IBR within a contractually required EVMS environment. • Ability to brief executive leadership on cost, schedule, and program performance.
