📋 Description

• Provide editing expertise to assist the Aviation Safety (AVS) line of business • Support the revision, creation, and updating of policy and guidance documents • Perform detailed editing review of draft documents • Exercise research skills to verify accuracy of references • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and client meetings • Format documents using approved templates • Support multiple subject matter experts in managing document projects • Provide support for document coordination and review process • Maintain records of production steps, edits, and communications • Support the publication preparation process • Work as part of a team completing priority projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • At least 2 years of relevant experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications • Experience with publishing tools such as Adobe Acrobat • Experience with 508 compliance • Highly proficient in research and electronic organization skills • Ability to conduct professional communication with clients • Flexibility with evolving processes/priorities • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
