📋 Description

• Responsible for developing influencer resources on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Kick, Twitter, and others in the U.S. and other overseas markets. • Proactively search for and identify suitable: Influencers, MCN agencies and Talent agencies. • Build a long-term partnership resource database. • Meet daily resource development targets and continuously update the partnership list. • Proactively reach out via phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram DM, and LinkedIn to introduce the company brand, explain partnership models, handle business negotiation, discuss pricing and quotations, move partnerships forward, confirm contracts, and manage payment discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development (BD), or overseas business development or Influencer Resource Development or influencer marketing. • Experience communicating with overseas influencers is preferred. • Possesses excellent business communication skills. • Fluent in English. • Spanish or Chinese language skills will be considered as an advantage. • Candidates with the following experience have an advantage: previous experience at an MCN agency, managing overseas Creator partnerships, having Instagram/YouTube resources and U.S. Creator resources, familiarity with the U.S. influencer ecosystem and overseas affiliate business, as well as experience in iGaming (online casino) and overseas phone sales (cold calling)
