• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years in sales or channel management • Experience in B2B tech, electronics, or enterprise solutions with AV or IT technology solutions (large/small format displays, collaboration tools, digital signage, etc.) • Established relationships within AV or IT distribution channels preferred • Strong business acumen across sales, marketing, operations, and finance • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus • A people-first mindset: energized by interacting with customers, end users, and OEMs • Willingness to travel up to 70% for customer visits, events, and trade shows • Strong strategic planning and execution skills • Deep understanding of channel ecosystems and partner‑led growth • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑influencing abilities.
