📋 Description

• Drive compliance in a fast-paced environment • Support the development and execution of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program • Enhance partnerships for annual controls requirements • Collaborate to develop a control framework • Conduct interviews, draft narratives, create flowcharts for testing workpapers • Provide support for process/control owners and cross-functional teams • Participate in documentation and control testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 7 years experience in high growth public companies or Big 4 accounting firms • Knowledge of COSO 2013 framework and SEC/PCAOB regulations • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Firm knowledge of Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) is a plus • Ability to design and monitor an effective risk-based internal control environment • Experience in program strategy and end-to-end delivery • Knowledge of the healthcare industry or ability to learn quickly • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
