📋 Description

• Support taxonomy operations by labeling and classifying job and resume data • Improve metadata quality and standardize job titles • Map occupations and validate structured data • Maintain accurate, consistent taxonomy data that supports large-scale AI and search systems • Follow established labeling guidelines and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience • Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, or French. • Professional English communication skills for meetings, written feedback, Slack, and day-to-day collaboration. • Experience with taxonomy, metadata management, or content classification. • Experience with data labeling, annotation, or data validation. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition. • Ability to follow detailed labeling guidelines and exercise sound judgment. • Experience reviewing high-volume datasets. • Experience supporting localization or multilingual content. • HR/job taxonomy knowledge • SQL or Excel/Google Sheets • Experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
